Commissioned by Jacobs to provide project controls services for the civil works for Sydney Metro Northwest Project. Services included; the development and maintenance of the project management system, the development and maintenance of the project master schedule, contract management of the agreed sub-portions and the preparation of progress reports for Transport for NSW Management.
