The Director and Associates of PMRT are highly qualified engineers and project managers who have had many years of experience in their fields of specialty. Their experiences are gained by working for global consulting, engineering, management and construction firms on some of the world’s most complex and unique projects. PMRT has managed projects for their clients in many parts of the world including; Australia, Europe, South East Asia and the Middle East. This exposure has given the team at PMRT the skills to successfully work in teams to suit the work environment.
Issa Shaweesh
Director
Issa is a Director of PMRT Consultants and responsible for the business operations in Australia and South East Asia. He has a Master's in Project Management and a Bachelor in Civil Engineering. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer, Member of the Institution of Engineers Australia, Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management, member of SAVE International with over 35 years of experience in the management and delivery of; infrastructure, rail, building and ICT projects. He is currently the Vice President for Australia and New Zealand + 4 Chapter for SAVE International.
Professor Emad Shublaq

Advisor
Professor Shublaq is an Advisor of PMRT responsible for the business operations in the Middle East. Professor Shublaq has a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Leeds University, UK. He is a Registered Chartered Professional Engineer (NSW), Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia, Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management, Member of the Project Management Institute, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Training and Development, Certified Value Specialist for Life, Fellow of Society of American Value Engineers, Visiting Professor University of Leeds with over 30 years of experience in business training and value management in USA, Australia, UK, and the Middle East.
Professor Shublaq has published over eighty technical, management, professional and business articles in various publications and he is a single author for 6 books in Value Engineering, Business Management and Privatization. He has also provided professional management consulting services and training to clients in Australia and the Middle East.
Professor Shublaq has participated in Research projects at the University of Sydney and CSIRO. He also has facilitated value management/engineering workshops in Australia and the Middle East, and provided small business enterprise advisory and training.
With his business and value management skills and experience in managing various types of projects and as an Advisor of PMRT, he can provide clients with professional advice on the value management processes to be implemented to make the project a success and achieve client’s objectives in saving costs while maintaining the required quality.
